OCTOBER - NOVEMBER
MAT-SU HOLIDAY MARKETPLACE
Where: Wasilla Multi-Use Sports Complex; off the Parks Hwy. North of Wasilla
When: Saturday Oct. 31, 10am-6pm; Sunday November 1st, 11am-5pm
What: A great selection of Alaska crafters in a bright, festive setting. A small admission fee charged; kids free.
BAD GIRLS OF THE NORTH
Where: NEW LOCATION!! Anchorage Millenium Hotel (3rd Level) 4800 Spenard. Rd
When: Friday November 6th, 4-9pm; Saturday November 7th, 10am-5pm
What: The best gathering of fine artists and crafters in a classy, but intimate setting. This is one you won’t want to miss – a good time is always had by all. Come eat, drink, be merry, and get that holiday shopping rolling with the best Alaska has to offer! We will be featuring beautiful Native-made birch bark baskets filled with delicious food and functional art.
HOLIDAY MARKETPLACE FAIRBANKS
Where: Carlson Center, Fairbanks
When: Friday November 13th, 12-8; Sat. Nov. 14th, 10-8; and Sun. Nov. 15th, 12-6
What: Another great show from KO Productions; great selection of Alaskan crafters in a festive setting. We are featuring our famous gift baskets with several new items to complement our own - and choices of native-made birch bark baskets or wicker. Our final visit to Fairbanks for the season. Come check us out! Small admission fee; kids free.
BAD GIRLS OF THE NORTH
Where: Evangelo’s Restaurant, Wasilla
When: Friday November 2oth, 4pm-8pm; Saturday November 21st, 10am-5pm
What: Bad girls last show of the year. See the Anchorage show description – same thing goes for this one – somewhat smaller venue than Anchorage, but the same top quality. Come celebrate the season with us!!
CRAFTS EMPORIUM
Where: New Dena’ina Convention Center in downtown Anchorage
When: Saturday November 21st, 10-6; and Sunday November 22nd, 11-6
What: A great selection of Alaskan crafters and artists will now be in one beautiful venue – the new convention center. We are looking forward to selling our products in this lovely setting. We will feature our gift baskets and crates along with our great line of products for this year’s gift-giving. This will be a good one; don’t miss it! Find us in space 302, a corner along the middle aisle.
CRAFTS WEEKEND and BOOK FAIR AT THE MUSEUM
Where: Anchorage Museum of History and Art
When: Friday Nov. 27th , 10-6; Saturday Nov. 28th, 10-6; Sunday Nov. 29th, 11-5
What: Wonderful artists, crafters, and authors; great music, great food, beautiful holiday decorations – plus, enjoy the museum free of charge! We love this event; and are honored to be returning for our 13th year. We feature Michael’s woodworking, our gift baskets, and all of our fine products. Come enjoy the museum with us this Thanksgiving weekend.
DECEMBER
UAA CRAFTS FAIR
Where: University of Alaska Campus Center, Anchorage
When: Saturday December 5th ; 10-6
What: Our final appearance for the year in Anchorage! Come see us, and enjoy!
COLONY CHRISTMAS, PALMER
Where: Palmer Depot
When: Friday Dec. 11th, 12-7; Saturday Dec. 12th, 10-6
What: This is Palmer’s Winter Carnival – Colony Christmas. It is a lovely weekend, complete with fireworks on Saturday night, a bonfire, a parade, and many events throughout the days and evenings. We love this show, because it is here in our own town, and because it is our last!! Come celebrate the season with us and enjoy the festivities. We will be in the Train Depot. There are crafts fairs in other locations as well.
